SMSi Supervision+ helps Supervisors to Capture Delays

Challenge
Capturing and reporting delays are important activities during the course of a shutdown operation. Shutdown leaders need to identify a constraint and reallocate resources or change priorities. Without timely delays reporting delays may impact the critical path and a challenge to keep the shutdown on track for scheduled ramp-up.

Solution
Supervisors using SMSi Supervision+, can select, record, and report a delay associated with each task at any place and time.
Supervisors, using the mobile can select ‘delay cause’, allocate duration, and inform a reason for it. Delay data will be streamlined into the SMSi platform. Realtime data is available to schedulers and shutdown leaders and they can look at overall delays and decide what area requires attention.
