Since then, users of the SMSi Standard Module have used the system to manage post-shutdown activities for shutdowns ranging over as much as 400,000 man-hours.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The post-shutdown and turnaround stage is a daunting phase to manage. People have been on site for a long period of time and are likely quite fatigued. Many resources must be demobilised quickly in order to keep the cost down, so it\u2019s probable that there will be a resources constraint.
